Do you have a referral program?
Absolutely! We value your referrals and believe great service is worth sharing. When someone you refer signs up for four or more treatments, you’ll receive a $25 credit to your account. Just make sure they mention your name when they sign up!
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, Simply Green is fully licensed and insured. Our lawn technicians are certified and licensed with the State of Iowa.
Do I need to be home while services are being performed?
Not at all. There’s no need to take time off or adjust your schedule. Our team can complete your services without you being home.
Do you offer a service guarantee?
Yes! Our Simply Satisfied Guarantee reflects our commitment to honesty, integrity, and exceptional service. If you’re not completely satisfied, just let us know and we’ll make it right.
Do you price match?
Yes, we offer price matching on comparable services. To qualify, simply provide a written estimate from a competitor that details the services estimated and is dated within the last 30 days.
How long will it take to see results from weed control treatments?
Weed growth varies by season, and different weeds germinate at different times. Our treatment programs are designed to target them at the most effective time.
You can generally expect to see the initial signs of weed control treatments working within 1 to 2 weeks. However, it may take up to a month for weeds to fully die and treatment to be fully effective. If you don’t notice signs of weed decline (such as curling or browning) after two weeks from your last treatment, please contact us. If you are signed up for 4 or more lawn treatments, if necessary, we’ll send your technician back for a complimentary re-treatment.
Please note: persistent weeds like Creeping Charlie, Thistle, and Clover may require multiple treatments throughout the season as part of your scheduled program before significant results are visible.
What are your business hours?
We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM during the lawn care season. If you reach our voicemail or find our office closed during these hours, it means we are currently assisting another customer or all staff are working in the field. All messages will be returned by the next business day.
Do you offer bi-weekly mowing?
We provide mowing services on a weekly basis only, as this frequency promotes optimal lawn health and appearance. To ensure consistency, your service will be scheduled for the same day each week (+/- 1 day based on weather).
When can I expect my next treatment (lawn, tree, pest)?
Each treatment in our programs is carefully timed to target seasonal weeds, diseases, pests and other lawn, tree, or pest concerns, to promote optimal health throughout the year. Treatments are typically scheduled every 4-8 weeks, with an average interval of 6 weeks between applications.
Full Program Schedule: With a complete treatment program, you can expect consistent spacing between rounds. For example, round 2 will be applied 4-8 weeks after round 1.
Customized Programs: If you’ve selected speciic rounds rather than the full program, expect longer intervals between treatments. For instance, if your program includes only Rounds 1, 2, 3, and 5, there may be up to 12 weeks between round 3 and round 5.
Weather conditions and seasonal changes may occasionally adjust these timeframes to ensure treatments are applied when they’ll be most effective.
